LA SOLUTION DDI : Un design qui facilite la tâche des travailleurs forestiers grâce à une forme qui lui permet un passage plus aisé à travers les broussailles et la végétation ainsi qu’une meilleure stabilité de glisse. L’utilisation du polyéthylène cross link qui permet une quasi indestructibilité et un énorme allégement de poids. Une apparence soignée, du jamais vue pour ce type de produit. SYSTÈME D'IMAGERIE MÉDICALE 3D RESTITU / RESTITU 3D ULTRASOUND MEDICAL SYSTEM

LE MANDAT : Design d’un système d'imagerie ultrasonique en 3D destiné à la radiothérapie. Le système comprend; une console, un support de caméra 3D et un capteur pour sonde ultrason.
LA SOUTION DDI : Un ensemble au design distinctif et harmonieux, à l’ergonomie exemplaire, qui s’intègre à merveille à son environnement de travail. Une console à écran tactile fixée à un bras articulé assemblé au plafond éliminant ainsi tout encombrement au sol. La console peut être manipulée aisément et positionnée selon la volonté de l’usagé. Un support de caméra à positionnement fixe également assemblée au plafond avec une arche tubulaire qui crée un lien visuel avec la console. Un capteur infra-rouge pour sonde ultrason se fixant à une sonde standard et qui permet une activation facile pour gaucher et droitier.

THE MANDATE: Design of the Restitu 3D ultrasound adaptive radiotherapy system. The system includes; a console, a camera unit and a probe attached infrared array.
THE DDI SOLUTION: An overall design that is distinctive and harmonious with exemplary ergonomics. A platform that integrates seamlessly to its environment. A console assembled on a ceiling mounted articulated arm, clearing all floor space. The console integrates a tactile monitor screen and can be easily handled and positioned upon the user's need. A ceiling mounted camera support with a tubular arch creating a visual link to the console. An infrared array is assembled on a standard ultrasound probe. LE MANDAT: Design d'une brosse pour éliminer les mousses sur les vêtements de tissus.
LA SOLUTION DDI: Un design à la fois sexy et ergonomique qui fonctionne à merveille. L'ajout d'une seconde fonctionalité par l'intégration d'une deuxième "tête" afin de récupérer les excédents de mousse créant ainsi une valeur ajoutée de type 2 dans 1. Des lames de brosse interchangeables afin de s'adapter à différents tissus. L'utilisation du surmoulage avec l'intégration de surfaces caoutchouteuses afin d'améliorer la prise. Un aspect visuel distinctif créant une image de marque unique.

THE DDI SOLUTION: A sexy and ergonomic design that works perfectly. The added value of a double headed brush that integrates a lint removal brush therefore creating a 2 in 1 product. Detachable blades so you can choose blades according to fabric types. The use of over molding with the integration of rubber like surfaces to enhance grip. A distinctive visual aspect for a unique branding.

GUICHET DE PAIEMENT DE STATIONNEMENT / PARKING PAY STATION

LE MANDAT: Design d'un nouveau guichet de paiement pour le stationnement.
LA SOLUTION DDI: Une allure distinctive avec un aspect plus convivial et moins massif. L'intégration de surfaces courbes par une façade doucement bombée, qui cache comme un bouclier le bloc électromécanique en retrait. Une interaction avec l'usager revue et corrigée avec une interface usagé simplifiée. L'intégration d'une zone signalétique illuminée au haut du guichet afin d'améliorer sa visibilité et sa présence.

THE MANDATE: Design of a new parking Pay Station.
THE DDI SOLUTION: A distinctive look with a user friendly and less massive appearance. The integration of curved surfaces with a slightly rounded front panel that hides the recessed electromechanical block. A reviewed user interface that is simplified. The integration of an illuminated signage area at the top of the Pay Station for enhanced visibility and presence.

LE MANDAT : Remplacer le design de boîtier existant en métal par un nouveau design en injection des thermoplastiques à interfaces interchangeable.
LA SOLUTION DDI : Un boîtier polyvalent , distinctif, économe et modulaire.
Polyvalent : il peut s’installer sur ou sous le bureau et est multi-fonctionnel.
Distinctif : Il est tout à fait différent de ce que ce marché a l’habitude de voir.
Économe : Il est fait avec seulement 2 pièces différentes (le dessus et le dessous sont une même pièce).
Modulaire : Quatre extensions de coin permettent l’expansion verticale du boîtier.

LE MANDAT : Concevoir un boîtier qui intègre la nouvelle technologie d’amplification du signal de câblo-distribution du client.
LA SOLUTION DDI : Un boîtier approprié, fonctionnel et économe.
Approprié : Son jeu de volumes et de reliefs lui confère des airs de solidité et de performance.
Fonctionnel : Des connecteurs latéraux facilitent l’usage et minimise l’encombrement. Un voyant lumineux de forme triangulaire qui fait partie du logo du client permet d’assurer une visibilité de fonctionnement du produit.
Économe : Une réduction du nombre de pièces de 16 (boîtier précédent) à 2. L’utilisation du moulage d’aluminium sous pression permet d’intégrer les connecteurs fileté et les points d’assemblage muraux au processus de moulage.

THE DDI SOLUTION : An Appropriate, functional and economical enclosure.
Appropriate : Its play of volumes and relief render a state of solidity and performance.
Functional : Connectors positioned on the side maximize ease of use and space saving. A triangular LED, part of the client’s logo, ensures a visual confirmation of the operation of the product.
Economical : A reduction of the number of parts from 16 (previous box) to 2. Pressure casting of aluminum enables the molding of the threaded connectors and the integration of the wall mounting anchor points.

LE MANDAT : Concevoir un nouveau protecteur facial pour casque de hockey pour fabrication en tiges d’acier.
LA SOLUTION DDI : Un design qui répond à toutes les attentes du client et plus encore. Une forme qui améliore la visibilité, un allégement de poids, une protection qui répond à toutes les normes de sécurité, le design d’une mentonnière de protection, ergonomique et mobile, qui s’ajuste en hauteur. Le design d’une quincaillerie d’assemblage au casque qui permet une installation sur tous les casques, même ceux de la concurrence. Un design qui a eu une durée de vie de 10 ans au sommet des ventes…une rareté dans un marché où le cycle de vie d’un produit est d’un maximum de 2 à 5 ans.
